How to find Ticket ID

How to identify the Assignees of a ticket

Users can find who the assignees of a ticket are by simply following these instructions:

Step 1) Access the ticket that you want to know who the assignees are.

Step 2) Look for the Assignees, which will be displayed on the top of chat section

By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily identify to whom the ticket was/is assigned.

How to cancel a Ticket

To cancel a ticket, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the ticket that you want to cancel.

  2. Click on the "close ticket" option located in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Once you click on "close ticket", the ticket status will be changed to "closed".

  4. The ticket will now be canceled.

By following these steps, you can easily and quickly cancel a ticket within the ticket itself.

How to find out the Date, Summary and Attachments of a ticket

Users can find Date, Summary & Attachments of a ticket by simply following these instructions:

Step 1) Open the ticket that you want to see date, summary & attachments.

Step 2) Look for the date, summary & attachments, which will be displayed on the left-hand side of the chat window below ticket ID.

By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily find date, summary & attachments of a ticket.

How to find option to schedule time to connect with Technician or Support Resource

Users can find the option “Schedule time to connect with technician” by simply following these instructions:

Step 1) Open the ticket on which you would like to connect with tech

Step 2) Look for “Schedule time to connect with technician” which will be displayed on the right-hand side of the chat window below close ticket.

By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily connect with a tech.
