I wanted to share some exciting updates on how we’re continuing to evolve and enhance the way we support you, our valued clients.

Introducing IT-Connect

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve how we manage and respond to your IT needs. As part of that, we’re pleased to introduce IT-Connect – a new, user-friendly platform designed to streamline your support experience.


IT-Connect can be installed on your PC or mobile device, putting powerful tools right at your fingertips. Through the app, you’ll be able to:

  • View your full support history

  • Raise and track support cases

  • Chat directly with our team in real-time

For line managers, it’s even more powerful – you'll have visibility of cases raised by your team, and the ability to raise requests on their behalf. It’s all about giving you more clarity, control, and convenience.

Evolving Our Phone Support

To ensure our engineers can focus on resolving issues promptly, we’re making a small but positive change to how we handle phone calls. Our 0333 support line will remain in place, but from now on, your calls will be triaged by our admin team before being routed to the appropriate engineer. You’ll still press 1 for support, and we’ll make sure you get the help you need.

Don’t Forget – Email & IT-Connect Are Always Open

You can continue to email us at help@manageditsupport.net. However, support tickets raised through IT-Connect allow you to set the priority of your request, helping us respond even more efficiently. Email queries will continue to be monitored, but will be logged as low priority by default.
